Bring the Flood. This simple statement that birthed the vision for a conference that we believe will change our state, our region, and ultimately our nation - The Flood Conference. Launching its inaugural year, the Flood Conference is prepared to do just that. Featuring some of the nation's top speakers, artists, and leaders; it is our prayer that as we come together for two powerful days, we will become the flood of revival that our cities so desperately need.

Student Sessions

Our goal is that we send you back home with a group of teens that are focused, passionate, and full of faith. The student sessions are designed to specifically challenge your students to return home with practical action steps. We believe that your students have the capacity and potential to change their schools, let us help them learn how!

Leadership Sessions

If you are an adult youth pastor or leader in any capacity you're really in store to be challenged during Flood Conference. We have prepared sessions designed specifically for the challenges that face leaders. The best ministry pioneers and leaders in the nation will be speaking for these leadership sessions.. While your teenagers are being ministered to in our student sessions, we will be challenging you as well. Our prayer and our plan is for you to leave Flood Conference with encouragement and valuable information that you can take back and apply to your ministry context. These leadership sessions will be a highlight for your volunteers and leadership team, so don't just bring your teens to Flood Conference - bring your leaders. You won't regret it!

The Bar is the premier network for young ministry leaders in North Carolina! Together we are setting the standard and raising 'the bar' for ministry in our state. Holding quarterly gatherings for young leaders, The Bar is more than a networking event it is an opportunity for ministry leaders to be refreshed, receive strategy, and find community with one another. So, if you are a ministry leader in the area come join us, come help us raise The Bar.

The Bar is proudly made up of a diverse group of young leaders from all over the state of North Carolina. The Bar proves that we are truly all in this together by crossing denominational and racial lines to form a cohort of leaders who are raising The Bar and setting the standard in our state.

The Bar was birthed with the heart to connect, equip, and empower youth pastors in order to create a culture of excellence in ministry across our state. The Bar hopes to be more than simply a network with plans to launch a podcast, share resources, and hold gatherings our aim is to create a community of leaders across North Carolina.
